PharmaWeb is an online pharmacy that reviews, prepares and ships orders. Our support team reviews every order before dispatch and, when a medicine needs a prescription, asks for it and checks it. An order whose prescription or details cannot be verified is not shipped, and its payment is handled under the returns terms. Decisions about dose and suitability stay with your doctor or pharmacist; PharmaWeb does not replace medical advice.
How ordering works
- Choose products — Choose products and add them to your cart.
- Enter destination details — Enter destination and contact details at checkout.
- Pay for your products — Pay for your products.
- Prescription (if required) — If an item requires a prescription, our support team requests it from you and verifies it before dispatch.
- Confirm & pay shipping — We confirm the shipping cost for your destination; you pay it separately from your order page.
- Dispatch & tracking — Order is dispatched and tracking details are shared.
The shipping cost is announced after order review and paid before dispatch. Fast delivery within 4 hours is available in Toronto, Tehran, Baghdad, the UAE and Istanbul (orders for other cities are processed within 24 hours at most).
You do not upload a prescription at checkout; if a medicine needs one, support asks for it before dispatch.
